Vask Subprocessors

This page lists the third-party vendors ("Subprocessors") that ADDFUEL LTD (trading as Vask) uses to provide the Vask service. We update this list when we add or change a Subprocessor and notify customers as set out in our DPA and Privacy Policy.
A. Subprocessors that handle Customer Personal Data flowing through the Service
These are the Subprocessors that process personal data your end-users send through Vask (channel names, presence payloads, message payloads, IP addresses of connecting clients).

These vendors process personal data about you, our customer — for example your account email, billing address, or a support ticket you send us. They do not see end-user data flowing through the Service.

Notifications of changes
We will publish updates here at least 30 days before any new or replaced Subprocessor takes effect, except where an emergency security need requires faster change. Existing customers can subscribe to updates by emailing [email protected].
